The faculty in Ferris College of Music's performance program features numerous experienced performers who understand how to provide each individual student with the guidance needed to develop expressive musical interpretation through a wide range of performance styles on keyboard, string, woodwind, or percussion instruments.
Ferris students have numerous opportunities to perform in concert with local orchestras or in chamber recitals and mini-concerts on campus. All Ferris students take organ classes, where they experience the sonority of the pipe organ at Ryokuen Chapel and in Ferris Hall.
